Levi was super pissed when the tile store messed up his order and installed the wrong kind of tile in his house. We went over there to document the meeting and Willow really knew how to take care of her customers. After finding out one of her employees was embezzling money by shafting customers with cheap tile while still charging them for the more expensive tile, she really wanted to make it up to Levi. They tried to work out all kinds of arrangements but Levi was still not satisfied so he figured out a way to make them both happy.
